Being dedicated to presenting the most authentic “Crossing-the-Bridge” Rice Noodles, Yunshang Rice Noodle, since founded in Toronto in 2016, has now expanded to Waterloo, Vancouver, Ottawa, Edmonton, and Winnipeg, with locations across the U.S. on the horizon.

Essential in Chinese cuisine, “Crossing-the-Bridge” Rice Noodles have over hundred years of history. The dish is served with a bowl of boiling soup, and the soup ingredients are served separately on a plate. Ingredients include thin slices of fresh meat, shrimps, quail eggs, strips of bean curd sheets, and rice noodles. Once added into the broth, the heat of the hot soup will cook all the ingredients and create an extremely fresh aroma for the diner.

At Yunshang, we insist on fresh and natural ingredients. We use not only fresh pork bones but also other protein sources such as ham, chicken, and beef bones. They are then boiled for more than 12 hours to use on the same day, with no MSG or other artificial flavors added.

Each serving of Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodle Soup consists of 12 ingredients, served separately on a plate. Our signature cold dishes include the mouth-watering and appetizing Cold Cut Chicken with Chili Sauce, featuring tender and flavorful chicken with a spicy kick. We also offer the refreshing, tangy, and crispy Potato Salad, as well as the highly recommended Beef & Ox Tongue in Chili Sauce, which consists of thinly sliced braised beef served with our homemade sauce.
